Windsor Palace is the oldest continuously occupied castle in the world in Windsor. Explore the fabulous state apartments with their unrivalled art collection, and see you the magnificent 15th century St. George’s Chapel – home to the Order of the Garter and burial palace of Kings and Queens, including Henry VIII.
At the conclusion of your time at Windsor Palace, you'll proceed to Hampton Court. Along with Saint James's Palace in Westminster, Hampton Court it is one of only two surviving palaces out of the many owned by King Henry VIII. Walk through the centuries admiring Tudor and Classical architectural styles and you may sense the ghost of Queen Katharine Howard. Visit the magnificent chapel, still in daily use, wonder at the 16th century astronomical clock, or wander through gardens full of flowers and get lost in the maze. Imagine preparing food for hundreds of people twice daily in the most complete Tudor kitchens in the world.
