Explore the Countryside and Maritime Normandy
DURATION: UP TO 8-HOURS
With one of our knowledgeable English-speaking driver-guides explore Normandy's enchanting countryside, visiting the Pays d'Auge and Cote Fleurie.
The Pays d'Auge, characterized by lush fields, orchards, and farms, are a not-to-be-missed part of the quintessential Normandy province. Visit Beuvron en Auge to see the beautiful village of half-timbered houses. Sit down for a gastronomic tasting of Pont l'Eveque cheese and French ciders and Calvados.
Constituting the Northern Coast of the Pays d'Auge, the Côte Fleurie (translated as "Flower Coast") is a 40 kilometer stretch of coastline, home to many of the region's most charming seaside town. A serene drive into the town of Deauville will take you around the horse racetracks and harbour, where you can walk down Les Planches, a 1920s boardwalk. Then you will visit the city of Honfleur, which inspired Impressionist artists like Monet and Boudin. Go for a walk through the streets and on the port to view the tall, narrow houses on the water.
