See the remnants of Hitler's Third Reich with an English-speaking driver and the impact it left on Berlin. From Nazi affiliated monuments to memorials of their victims, this tour is a perfect blend of history and exploration through the city.
This tour offers a number of places to visit all over the city. A trip to Wilhelmstrasse and Voßstraße, the streets of the former seat of government until 1945, is a not to miss destination. Here you will find the Reichskanzlei where members of the Old and New Reichs conducted affairs. Close by you can find the Führerbunker where Adolf Hitler made his final decisions the last months of the war. Afterwards, you can make your way over to the Holocaust monument and then to the Topography of Terror, the former Headquarters for the SS and Gestapo, and current day museum of Nazi History.
Then, you may want to visit the Ministry of Aviation, which was the headquarters of the Luftwaffe. A trip to the German Resistance Memorial is a reccommended excursion as well as the historic Tempelhof Airport. End your tour with a visit to the 1936 Olympic Stadium, still intact for tourists.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Your driver will meet you in the lobby of your Berlin city-centre hotel. At the conclusion of the tour, your driver can drop you back at your hotel or at a city-centre location.
