An Evening Walking Tour of Florence
A Gentle Stroll At Dusk
DURATION: UP TO 2-HOURS
Enjoy a passeggiata (promenade) at sunset when Florence settles down to relax. Your walk will commence in Piazza della Repubblica at 5.30PM with your expert local guide leading you to Piazza del Duomo where you will view the famed Baptistry by the soft evening light. Continue to Piazza della Signoria, the central square of the city, the Palazzo Vecchio, and heart of the city's social life. Leaving the square, you will find yourself in the courtyard of the Uffizi, surrounded by the imposing museum.
Stroll the Lungarno, the road that runs along the River Arno, for a breathtaking night view of the Ponte Vecchio. Your tour ends in Piazza della Passera, a little and characteristic square near the Pitti Palace but not before having a drink together. A Spritz, a very "in" wine-based cocktail usually an aperitif, is the perfect way to end your tour!

Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Our guide will pick you up from your Florence City-Centre Hotel, or other central location in Florence (Santa Maria Novella Rail Station, etc). Your tour will conclude at a point within the city-centre, where your guide may assist with instructions to return to your hotel or recommend further sightseeing opportunities or dining options.
