DURATION: UP TO 4.5-HOURS

Your clients will enjoy a 4.5-hour Small Group Pizza Making Class at a private villa in the heart of Sorrento, including Mozzarella tasting, a wine tasting featuring local wine and the region’s famed Provolone del Monaco cheese, followed by lunch featuring the food prepared, with beverages and a limoncello tasting. While the class is not private, it is always limited to a small number of participants to create a special and unique experience.

Throughout the class, you will learn how to make authentic and unique Pizza, well-known all over the world, but born in the late 19th century and now revered as one of the masterpieces of Neapolitan cooking. You will learn how to prepare your own pizza dough as well as a plethora of toppings, and bake it in a wood-brick oven. You will prepare the fresh pizza dough and all ingredients to prepare a variety of good pizzas, after which you will prepare a delicious dessert.
